       上海春和海洋科技集团有限公司是一家专业从事科学考察船、海洋工程船、邮轮游艇的设计制造和经营管理，海上科考作业服务，海洋工程技术服务，海洋科普探索的高科技服务企业，集团总部位于上海。 

       目前，集团公司经营管理8艘综合性科考船：“ 张謇 ”号 、“沈括”号、“ 长和海洋 ”号 、“发现2”号、“中山大学极地”号、“ 海力 ”号、“上和”号和“永乐科考”平台，是国内最大的科考船公司。

       多年来，集团公司与国家海洋局、中国大洋协会、中科院海洋研究所、自然资源部第二海洋研究所、中国地质调查局青岛海洋地质研究所、广州海洋地质调查局、清华大学、上海交通大学、浙江大学、同济大学、中国海洋大学、上海海洋大学、中国五矿集团等科研院所和高校、企业，建立了紧密的合作关系，累计执行了200多次国家重大海上调查航次任务，包括中国大洋科考第40、43、49、54航次、国际联合科考航次、海上丝绸之路等，参与了“极地深渊探索之旅”、“万米级深潜器探索11000米马里亚纳海沟”等重大工程，是国家海洋调查船队的重要组成部分。

Shanghai Chunhe Ocean Technology Group Co., Ltd, with its headquarter in Shanghai, is a specialized group company engaged in R&D, manufacture, and management of scientific research vessels, ocean engineering ships, cruise and yachts, as well as ocean scientific research and operation services, ocean engineering technology services, and ocean science popularization exploration.

Currently, Chunhe operates and manages 8 comprehensive scientific research vessels:  "Zhang Jian", "Shen Kuo", "Chang He Ocean", "Discovery 2", "Sun Yat-sen University Polar", "Hai Li", "Shang He", and "Yong Le" Scientific Research Platforms. Chunhe has been the largest scientific research vessels company in China.

Over the years, Chunhe has established long-term close cooperative relation-ship with the State Oceanic Administration, the China Ocean Association, the Institute of Oceanography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Second Institute Of Oceanog-raphy, the Qingdao Institute of Marine Geology, China Geological Survey, the Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey, National University of Defense Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Ocean University of China, Shanghai Ocean University, China Minmetals Corporation, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, etc and have carried out more than 200 national major maritime survey voyages, including the 40th, 43rd, 49th, 54th voyages of the China ocean science and technology examination, international joint scientific examination voyages, and the maritime silk road, and have participated in major projects such as the "Three Dragons Exploring the Sea", the "Polar Abyss Exploration Journey", the "10000 meter deep submersible exploration of the 11000 meter Mariana Trench". Chunhe has been an important member of the national oceanographic research fleet.
